Rope Rescue - Technician Level II

Provides additional information and skills to perform advanced vertical and horizontal rope rescue techniques in an urban/suburban environment. The overall objective is to improve rescuer awareness of safety concerns at rope rescue situations and to develop advanced skills in high angle rescue techniques and systems. Topics include vertical low tensioned systems (offsets) and horizontal and steep tensioned systems (highlines). This program also includes written testing as well as skills evaluation.
