This is an introductory course to acquaint students with the use of the command board. This model mock-up of Suffolk County, located in a dedicated classroom at the Academy, depicts the following areas: residential, commercial, industrial, airport, and farm.

The Command Board adds a new dimension to Fire Officers Training and Hazardous Materials programs.  The limitation of this board is only in the mind of the user.
