Medal of Valor

Once again the Vocational Education and Extension Board will be considering nominees for its "Medal of Valor Awards” for meritorious actions performed 1/1/11 through 12/31/11.  Every department has the opportunity to support its firefighters by forwarding their nominees who are worthy of consideration for these awards.

Please go to our download area for the criteria and application for the 2011 awards.  All applications must be returned to the Vocational Education and Extension Board, PO Box 128, Yaphank, NY 11980-0128 and postmarked no later than March 1, 2012.
