Open enrollment fee reinstituted

Due to the increase in the number of "No Shows" at Open Enrollment Classes, we are re-instituting the $25 registration fee for Open Enrollment classes that will be held at the Fire Academy.

This fee will be reimbursed upon completion of the class. Any student who has registered through the online open enrollment policy, who doesn't attend the class without notifying the Academy at least 48 hours in advance, will forfeit the registration fee.

A course confirmation letter will be sent to each student, which must be presented on the first day of class. This letter will only be sent after the application and registration fee has been received. Most of our Open Enrollment Classes have waiting lists so it is imperative that students who are unable to attend a class notify us so we may fill their seat from the waiting list.
